Abstract
<正>股疝有张力性修补及无张力修补两类方法,传统的股疝修补术为张力性修补,复发率10%～15%[1]。无张力疝修补术具有复发率低、无张力等效果,因而被广泛应用。目前无张力股疝修补主要有聚丙烯网塞、平片及普理灵疝装置(PHS)等材料修补方法。2004年4月至2011年5月我们应用PHS作为疝修补材料,采用不切开腹横筋膜、经内环置入行股疝无张力修补,
