Abstract
<正>近年来随着人们生活质量的提高,对于形体和轮廓美的要求也随之增高,尤其是青年女性患者,不愿接受畸形愈合的外观,而愿冒不愈合的风险要求手术治疗。保守治疗骨折不愈合率0.8%,切开复位内固定不愈合率为3.7%[1]。1资料与方法1.1一般资料2组共42例,男14例,女28例;年龄19～37岁,平均23.5岁。致伤原因:生活伤9例,交通伤25例,其他8例;锁骨中1/3骨折33例,外1/3骨折9例,髓内针固定24例,
