<正>患者女,68岁,2010年12月1日因鼻塞2年,加重半月就诊于我院门诊行鼻窦CT示左侧筛窦、蝶窦、右侧上颌窦炎症,息肉,后鼻道息肉,未行特殊处理。后因鼻塞加重,嗅觉丧失,于2011年3月25日就诊于枣阳市第一人民医院行双侧鼻腔肿块切除术,术后病检示:(双侧鼻腔)嗅神经母细胞瘤(Hyams分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级)。IHC:
