Abstract
<正> 目的评价自体外周造血干细胞移植(APBSCT)作为一线治疗对<65岁多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的临床疗效。方法11例 MM 患者进入本研究,其中男7例,女4例。年龄43～66岁,中位年龄59岁。其中IgG 9例,IgA 2例。临床分期按 Durie-Salmon 分期标准:本组病例ⅡA 3例,ⅢA 5例,ⅢB 3例。在接受常规化疗4～6周期后给予 Cy 联合
