<正>腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,LDH)是因椎间盘变性,纤维环破裂,髓核突出刺激或压迫神经根、马尾神经所表现的一种病症,好发于青壮年。随着年龄的增长,纤维环和髓核含水逐渐减少,使髓核张力减小,椎间盘变薄,因此,LDH的发病率也逐渐增高。我科根据老年人身体的特殊性,采用经后路腰椎间盘镜(MED)手术治疗,
