冠心病在我国发病率逐年升高,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)手术量快速攀升,伴随出现PCI相关的心肌梗死(MI)也不断增加,对其进行鉴别诊断有助于指导临床治疗和进行预后判断。该文对此类MI的定义、发生机制、治疗方案及预后等方面作一介绍。
