<正>我院胸外科自2006年6月～2011年12月收治食管癌患者58例,经行食管癌根治术,效果均佳,现报道如下。1材料与方法1.1一般资料本组病例,男49例,女9例,年龄42～68岁,病变长度3～8cm,距门齿23～38cm,食管镜活检均提示鳞状细胞癌,Ⅰ期3例,Ⅱ11例,Ⅲ期44例,病变位于食管胸中上段28例,行右侧开胸、颈、胸、腹三切口胃代食管颈部吻
