t(15;17)(q22;q12)是急性髓系白血病中常见的染色体易位之一,这种易位产生PML/RARα融合蛋白,PML/RARα可作用多种转录因子,从而影响细胞的增殖,分化,凋亡;另外,PML/RARα也能直接作用与某些基因,影响它们的转录调控,综上,通过这些作用我们对PML/RARα这一异常融合蛋白已知的作用机制作一综述。
