目的分析嘉陵区结核病控制项目实施效果。方法采用病例个案调查追踪回顾的方法估计个人成本,根据伤残调整寿命年(DALY)指标及成本效益分析等方法评价项目实施效果。结果嘉陵区结核病防治项目投入产出比为1:25.11。结论嘉陵区结核病控制项目的成本-效益收益较好。
