<正>吻合口漏是普外科较棘手的并发症,特别是早期处理尤为关键,直接影响愈后效果。2009年6月至2011年7月我院应用腹腔镜手术治疗早期吻合口漏9例,效果良好。现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料2009年6月至2011年7月我院胃肠道肿瘤手术后发生肠漏9例,其中男8例,女1例;50～68岁。腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后吻合口漏4例,腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除
