<正>2010年我院收治2例肝棘球蚴患者,在手术中突发过敏反应,抢救成功,现报告如下。1病历资料例1,男,58岁,农民,66 kg,ASAⅠ级。因腹痛,食欲不佳入院。患者自述20年前在全麻下曾开腹行肝棘球蚴切除术(具体描述不清),术后恢复良好。入院后B超显示肝右后叶下段囊性占位,大小为7 cm×8 cm,心肺检查无异常,肝功能良好。诊
