实施优质护理服务对住院患者满意度的影响

Abstract
目的评价优质护理服务对住院患者的意义。方法选取2010年4~12月的住院患者,出院时随机发放《住院患者满意度调查表》进行比较,观察组为优质护理服务示范病区住院患者,对照组为普通病区住院患者。结果观察组满意率为96.0%,对照组满意率56.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论优质护理服务明显提升了住院患者的满意度。
