<正>胃肠道息肉是临床常见病。息肉从形态上可分为有蒂、亚蒂、无蒂等,其中亚蒂息肉和无蒂息肉又被称为宽基息肉。随着内镜技术发展,目前大部分消化道息肉均可采用内镜治疗,但内镜下切除宽基息肉有一定风险,可发生出血、穿孔等并发症[1-2]。我院内镜中心自2006年开始应用液体垫法结合金属钛夹法治疗消化道宽基息肉,疗效满意,现报道如下。1资料和方法1.1一般资料2006年5月—2009年12月我院内
