<正>视神经管(optic canal,OC)因其包容着整个视觉通路中最重要的器官——视神经,而成为眼眶疾病诊断和治疗的重中之重。是眶与颅内沟通的重要渠道,是视神经通向颅内的最狭窄部位,视神经因炎症或外伤等引起的水肿最容易在视神经管内因范围受限而导致损伤,很多颅内的疾病亦可通过视神经管以及眶上裂、眶下裂,影响到眶内,故其临床意义重
