<正>急性脑梗死早期溶栓治疗的目的是再通闭塞的血管,从而恢复血流,降低患者脑部神经功能损伤我院急诊近年来对超早期急性脑梗死患者实施了早期尿激酶溶栓治疗[1],临床上取得了满意效果,现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:选择2008年6月至2011年4月我院急诊的脑梗死患者72例,分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组34例,男21例,女13例,年龄37~74(57.12±10.56)岁,发病时间平均2.9小时。对照组38例,男
