Abstract
<正>腰椎间盘突出症引起腰腿痛的主要原因是由于纤维环破裂,髓核突入椎管,挤压后纵韧带,机械压迫神经根,炎症水肿及免疫改变等。根据上述原理,笔者自2003年采用胶原酶盘内注射配合正骨复位治疗腰椎间盘突出症31例,取得满意疗效。报告如下。1一般资料本组31例,其中男19例,女12例;年龄19岁～62岁,平均42.6岁;病程4～120个月,平均14
