<正> 1 病历资料患者,男,68岁,因"右侧口角及面部麻木两月"入院,有高血压病及脑梗塞史。查体:血压160/90mmHg,体温36.5℃,心率70次/分,呼吸18次/分。头颅MRT:右侧小脑脑梗塞,脑萎缩。入院中医诊断:缺血性中风—中经络,肝肾阴虚,肝阳上亢;西医诊断:脑梗死,高血压病,脑梗塞后遗症。患者于2010年12月2号11:40静脉滴注红花注射液40毫升加5%葡萄糖250毫升,输液2分钟时突出现冷汗,胸闷,血压测不出,寒战,末梢血糖5.2mmol/l,立
