<正>脊髓动静脉瘘(spinal dural arteriovenous fistula,sDAVF)是最常见的脊髓血管畸形类型,Kendall和Logue于1977年首次报道[1],该病多为单发,不同脊髓节段同时出现两个DAVF罕有报道。以下将近期收治的一例胸髓多发性DAVF病例结合相关文献做一总结。男性,66岁,因主诉"进行性双下肢麻木无力伴大小便排便困难一年半"而收住院。患者一年半前无明显诱因出现双下肢无力、双足麻木、烧灼感。症状进行性加重,逐渐发展至
