<正>一、患者病史简介患者,男性,69岁。内蒙古籍,退休教师。因间断胸闷1年于2010年5月27日来我院全军结核病研究所就诊。患者于2009年5月上旬出现胸闷、气促,到乌盟丰镇市医院摄X线胸片发现左侧大量胸腔积液,多次胸腔穿刺,共抽出黄色胸腔积液3000ml,诊断为结核性胸膜炎,给予2HRZE/10HRE抗结核治疗[1],无效,胸腔积液未减少。2010年5月
