Abstract
<正>股骨转子部骨折为髋部常见骨折,以老年病人居多,有统计该骨折50岁以上老年人约占90%。对于该骨折,早期手术内固定治疗已成为大多数骨科医生共识。我院于自2008年1月至2010年10月应用牵引床复位后采用PFNA固定术治疗老年股骨转子部骨折49例,收到满意效果,现总结报告如下。
