Abstract
目的 探讨左旋多巴诱发运动并发症的临床对策及疗效.方法 对32例出现不同类型运动并发症的PD患者调整左旋多巴剂型、用法、用量,并联合DR激动剂治疗,治疗前后应用UPDRS评分评估疗效.结果 与治疗前相比,UPDRS评分明显下降,有效率达80％.结论 左旋多巴制剂联合DR激动剂能有效改善左旋多巴诱发运动并发症.
