Abstract
<正>经尿道2μm激光前列腺汽化切割术,是治疗前列腺增生的新式微创手术,因其疗效优于经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)而受关注。我院2009年5月至2010年5月采用该技术治疗前列腺增生患者30例,取得较好疗效,报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本组患者30例,年龄55～86岁,平均年龄68.6岁。前列腺体积32～98.8 ml,平均54.8 ml。临床表现为
