Abstract
本文采用微波辐射法从茶叶中提取咖啡碱,以咖啡碱的提取率为评价指标,确定微波辐射法从茶叶中提取咖啡碱的最佳工艺条件为:溶剂配比(即95%乙醇/水的体积比)为4:1,溶剂用量为125mL,微波辐射时间为3min。对比实验表明,与传统方法相比,微波辐射法不仅提取率高,且更加符合绿色化学的要求。
