Abstract
目的观察血液灌流(HP)联合血液透析(HD)应用于维持性血液透析患者合并皮肤瘙痒的疗效。方法将70例维持性HD伴皮肤瘙痒患者随机分为2组,HD组进行每周3次常规透析,HP组在常规透析基础上每2周接受1次HD+HP治疗,2组同时根据皮肤瘙痒情况进行常规的对症治疗。结果 HP组对皮肤瘙痒疗效更为明显。结论对于维持性HD合并皮肤瘙痒患者,HP有显著的治疗作用。
