<正>全麻患者留置导尿监测术中尿量是一项必要的操作,而全麻苏醒过程中常伴有尿道刺激症状,可诱发患者躁动,引发血流动力学的波动,给患者的身体带来一定程度的伤害。笔者使用利多卡因凝胶辅助留置导尿,取得较好疗效,现报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料选择择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除男性患者100例,年龄18～60岁,体质量55～80 kg,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,无心肺脑等重要脏器功能障碍,无精神疾病史。将患者随机分成2
