<正>上中胸椎因胸廓肋骨架作用较其他脊柱段稳固,发生骨折脱位必然要有强大暴力,故合并伤多,尤以胸部损伤最多,早期处理不及时可带来严重并发症,甚至可危及生命。河北省邢台矿业集团总医院自1990年6月至2009年12月共收治123例上中胸椎骨折脱位的患者,合并伤56例。报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本组男47例,女9例。年龄13～68岁,平均45.2岁。受伤原因:交通
