<正>随着鼻内窥镜手术的发展及CT诊断技术的不断提高,结合病理学诊断,上颌窦真菌病的报道越来越多。本院2005—2009年经鼻内镜手术治疗真菌性上颌窦炎患者10例,疗效满意,现报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组男6例,女4例;年龄20~61岁;病程5个月~6 a;均单侧发病,左侧7例,右侧3例;主要症状:鼻塞5例,头面胀痛4例,流黄脓涕4例,回吸性血涕3例,鼻腔异
