Abstract
<正>席汉氏综合征晚期症状较为复杂,易误诊,严重时出现垂体危象而危及生命。我院于2009-06收治1例,现报道如下。1病历摘要女,29岁。因闭经、乏力、怕冷1a,突发意识不清、四肢抽搐、口吐白沫1d急诊入院。经详细询问病情,患者分娩第1胎时曾有大出血,此后患者精神差,2008-04分娩双胞胎时,发现贫血,精神、饮食差,体力差,不能从事体力劳动,一直口服纠正
