<正>消化道畸形是新生儿常见的先天性畸形之一,种类多、表现各异,早期诊治是改善预后、降低死亡率的关键。产前超声对消化道畸形的早期诊断起到了重要作用,尤其对高位消化道畸形的诊断作用更大。现将我院自2003-2009年收治产前超声怀疑高位消化道畸形的新生儿33例作回顾性临床分析,以提高对这些疾病的早期诊治水平。1临床资料1.1一般资料我院自2003~2009年共收治产前
