Abstract
<正>患者,男,55岁。就诊前晚10点左右骑电动车时挤伤会阴部,自感会阴部疼痛,小便困难,早8点来我院就诊。给予导尿,尿液颜色正常,无血尿。双肾、膀胱、阴囊彩超检查正常,尿常规检查无异常,患者自行回家。上午9点左右患者回家后疼痛逐渐加重,下午1点左右疼痛加剧,伴恶心呕吐,腰部坠胀痛,遂再次来院
