慢性咳嗽在儿童发病率很高,影响儿童及家长的生活和活动,因其病因复杂、药物治疗远期疗效不佳成为儿科医生关注的焦点之一。采用中药治疗的疏表通里法针对慢性咳嗽"风盛痰阻、气道挛急"的病机特点,从"风为百病之长""肺与大肠相表里"立论,选方用药,合理加减,疗效显著。探讨中医"风药""峻猛药"对支气管黏膜和儿童免疫系统的作用机制已成为科研新领域。
