Abstract
以来源于魔芋粉的甘露寡糖为材料,探讨不同甘露寡糖添加剂量对三黄鸡生长性能及血清脂肪和胆固醇含量的影响。结果显示,4 g/kg甘露寡糖能显著提高肉鸡日增重,有降低料肉比的趋势,与林可霉素差异不显著;2 g/kg甘露寡糖能显著提高血清总脂肪含量和降低血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,有降低血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量的趋势,能较好地替代林可霉素。
