将H198抑菌剂400倍液添加到培养基中,采用蔗糖、无机盐、激素处理,观察愈伤组织数、成活数、出芽数、生长状况,提出开放式组织培养条件下最佳的魔芋快繁技术方案,即30‰蔗糖、MS培养基的无机盐、激素BA 2mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L。
