Abstract
本文总结了纳米结构SnO2的制备及其作为气敏材料的研究现状.通过改进合成方法与控制合成条件均可以获得颗粒尺寸小,比表面积大,特殊形貌包括纳米球,纳米棒,纳米薄膜,多孔结构等SnO2,从而提高SnO2气敏元件灵敏度和选择性.并分析了微波加热法、水热法和溶剂热法制备纳米SnO2的特点.
