Abstract
<正>我院2008-01-2010-12共手术治疗急性出血坏死性胰腺炎(SAP)患者30例,现将术后护理报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组男13例,女17例,年龄28~75(平均46)岁。发病原因:胆总管结石18例,乙醇中毒3例,暴饮暴食7例,高脂血症2例。发病时间:<12 h5例,12~48 h16例,>48h9例。合并感染性休克24例,全部有腹膜炎体征。术后病理
