Abstract
PowerPlex(R)16 HS系统是对16个STR基因座进行联合扩增试剂盒,对PCR抑制物的耐受性较强,适于直接扩增[1-2].本文作者在公安部的打拐专项行动中,采用该试剂盒,对保存近10年的300份陈旧血样进行DNA检验,取得了较好的效果.
