<正>良性增生性声带疾病包括声带息肉、声带小结、声带囊肿等,均是临床常见病、多发病,其主要临床表现为声音嘶哑反复难愈。息肉较大(尤其是广基型息肉)、纤维增生型小结及声带囊肿经1～3月保守治疗无效者,均需考虑手术治疗。笔者自2008年12月～2009年12月采用活血化痰法治疗围手术
