Abstract
<正>病例,男,39岁,因间断浮肿5年,发现血肌酐升高2年,胸闷气短20天入院。患者5年前因浮肿,蛋白尿诊断为"肾病综合征",曾应用激素治疗,病情未缓解,近2年血肌酐渐进性升高,最高达2318μmol/L,并出现胸闷,气短入院。查体:T36.0℃,P88次/min,R20次/min,BP130/70 mmHg,神志清楚,贫血貌,双肺呼吸音粗,未闻及干湿性罗音。心率88次/
