Abstract
常规二维超声是诊断膀胱肿瘤的首选影像学检查方法,但良恶性肿瘤超声表现多相互交叉,难以鉴别.本研究在二维超声的基础上应用三维彩色能量技术( three-dimensional color power angiography,3D-CPA)及虚拟器官计算机辅助分析(virtual organ computer-aided analysis,VOCAL)功能,对膀胱肿瘤血管观察、分析对比,评价其在鉴别诊断膀胱肿瘤良恶性方面的应用价值.
