Abstract
血管钙化是终末期肾病(end-stage renal disease,ESRD)的早期严重事件,也是终末期肾病患者心血管疾病高发病率和高死亡率的主要原因[1].研究表明很多因素如炎症、不当的Vitamin D治疗、高磷血症等都会引起血管钙化,其中Raggi等发现高磷血症是血管钙化的一项独立危险因素.Hrucka等研究发现控制血清磷水平可以减少血管钙化.因此,揭示终末期肾病患者高磷血症与心血管钙化的关系尤为重要.
