<正>1病例介绍患者男,46岁。因运动伤致右侧跟腱断裂5d于2010年1月入院。患者无慢性病史。6d后行LARS人工韧带重建修复跟腱,手术前后均行抗生素治疗3d。患者主动要求于术后3d出院,出院时切口无红肿、渗出,切口无裂开。出院后12d切口中段裂开约1cm长,可见少量淡黄色黏稠样物质渗
