<正>胃肠道手术中,胃管、鼻肠管的位置经常根据手术需要进行调整,其牢固固定是手术成功的保证。传统固定方法是用两条条形胶布交叉固定于患者鼻翼和耳垂,这种方法的缺点在于:①条形胶布黏附力不强,受力面积小。患者术后搬动时,易牵拉胃管、鼻肠管,使其位置发生改变,失去减压功能。②术后患者面罩供氧时,湿化蒸汽容易将胶布浸湿,失去黏附
