结核病仍是世界上最严重传染病之一。结核菌早期分泌性靶抗原(ESAT-6)是结核分枝杆菌的一种早期分泌蛋白,它的免疫原性是目前研究热点。本文就ESAT-6在结核菌的致病性,结核病诊断及保护性免疫等方面的研究进展作一综述。
