Abstract
乳腺导管内乳头状瘤为女性常见的乳腺肿瘤,多数患者乳头有血性、浆液性或血性浆液性溢液.由于导管内乳头状瘤小,临床检查不易扪及,该病变虽属良性病变,但伴有导管上皮增生时常被认为是癌前病变.为了早期诊断,乳腺钼靶X线摄片和乳腺导管造影是非常有价值的检查方法[1].
