Abstract
急性心肌梗死(AMI)早期进行溶栓治疗,恢复冠状动脉血流灌注是降低病死率、改善预后的最有效措施[1,2].我院2005年1月至2009年12月对46例发病时间在6h内的ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死(STEMI)患者应用尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗,并在溶栓前后对患者实施积极有效的护理,取得了满意的效果,现报告如下.
