患者男,35岁.2010年6月29日因左眼被铁块击伤后红痛、视朦1 h人院.既往双眼近视.体查:右眼视力0.6(矫正欠合作),左眼视力0.08(矫正无助).左眼下睑5 mm处见一长约12 mm达穹隆部不规则深层眼睑穿孔伤,下方及颞侧角膜缘8 mm处球结膜见长约30 mm横形裂伤,结膜下出血,巩膜未见明显裂伤.
