Abstract
食管癌是世界上常见的恶性肿瘤之一,我国是世界上食管癌发生率和死亡率最高的国家,每年约有25万新诊断的病例.与欧美等国家多以食管腺癌发病多见的情况相比,我国的食管癌多以鳞状细胞癌为主,约占90%.肿瘤的侵袭和转移是癌症患者死亡的重要原因.
