老年结直肠癌发病及外科手术特点

Abstract
院2006年10月～2009年12月期间共进行1009例结直肠癌手术,现对相关资料进行分析从而探讨老年人结直肠癌围手术期特点.
1 资料与方法
从本院海泰住院病历信息内提取2006年10月～2009年12月期间手术治疗的结直肠癌病例共1009例,其中传统开腹手术949例,腹腔镜手术60例.男565例,女444例,年龄23～97岁,平均62.0岁,按年龄分3组:中青年组＜60岁,老年组60～75岁,高龄组＞75岁,3个年龄组分别为416例、424例和169例.
