Abstract
足月妊娠羊水偏少特别是羊水过少常预示胎盘功能减退,为保证母儿安全需要及时终止妊娠.普贝生是1994年被美国FDA批准用于妊娠晚期促宫颈成熟的前列腺素E2阴道持续控释栓剂,国外已在临床应用多年.2007年1月～2009年12月,我院对普贝生在足月羊水偏少引产中的作用进行了探讨.现报告如下.
