Abstract
颈肩综合征是临床上常见的软组织损伤疾病之一,主要是以颈胸椎骨质增生,关节失稳,颈椎生理曲度变直,周围肌肉韧带劳损,椎间孔变小,周围软组织充血水肿,产生无菌性炎症,引起颈肩部肌肉痉挛,肌群失去平衡,出现颈肩酸痛,活动功能障碍,甚则一侧或双侧上肢麻木,伴见头晕、耳鸣,在颈项部及肩背部可有结节或条索状压痛点等一系列症状的一种病症[1].
